"The wrong way around" is a casual expression used to mean that something is in the wrong order, that the front and the back should be switched. Thus, the speaker says "she's got it the wrong way around" to suggest to Watson that the woman actually has the order mixed up. Ex: No, the front piece of the Lego should go here, not the back.
