Do “Worry about sth” and “concern about sth” have the same meaning?

Yes. 'Worry' and 'concern' pretty much mean the same thing. You can switch out these words and still mean the same thing. Ex: I am worried about Justin. = I am concerned about Justin. Ex: He is concerned about the test scores. = He is worried about the test scores.
