What does "drip off" mean?
The verb "drip" describes the falling of small droplets of liquid from something that is very wet. "Dripping off" is the present form of "drip off" which is an intransitive verb which describes the act of liquid droplets falling off of something else. Ex: Water is dripping off the glass. Ex: I spilled coffee and now it's dripping off the table.
