Native speaker’s answer

Rebecca

The word "creep" here is being used in its informal form to describe a person who is undesirable or makes other people feel uncomfortable because of their personality or overall weird behaviour. It is commonly used by women to describe men who they are not comfortable around, or who make strange sexually derived comments towards them. Ex: He is such a creep. Who would want to go out with him? Ex: Don't be a creep, you're making everyone uncomfortable.
