"it's all relative" is an idiom that means all the things that are said do no necessarily relate or have something in common to one another. "It's all relative" in this video means that even though all of these questions are in the same category, the questions do not have anything in common. Ex: She makes 20 thousand dollars a year and feels like she doesn't make enough. Jim is homeless and thinks 20 thousand is a lot of money. It's all relative, I guess.
