He says this is a racist song here because the song refers to black people in a racist way, especially in the part where he says "keep her safe from the homies on the wrong side of town". "Homies" refers to black men and assumes that he must keep his woman safe from the black men in the bad part of the town. The song goes on to say that this is where the black men are "smoking the reefer and acting like clowns" which assumes that all the black men in this area are smoking marijuana and acting stupid. The next lyric, "keep that pretty white dress from getting dirty and brown", is a metaphor for the woman hanging around the black men and getting "dirty". The entire song is pretty racist against black people
