Can I replace "look at" with "think" to deliver the same meaning?

In this video, "looks at" is used as a news reporting term to introduce a segment about a specific topic, which in this case, is climate change. Thus, you cannot replace it with "thinks" as this does not express the same meaning. Instead of "looks at," you can use other synonyms like "explains," "explores," or "reports." Because of the journalism context, "looks at" cannot be replaced with "thinks." Ex: Mary reports on today's weather forecast. Ex: Jon reports on what needs to be done.
