The person has made their opinion/argument/point clear already, so there is no need for further talk or action on the matter. In this video, Sheldon has used this expression in a joking way for this reason. Ex: Okay, you've made your point. Let's stop talking about it. Ex: A: I hate onions. Please don't put onions in the dish. Onions are gross. B: Alright, alright. You've made your point.
