In this context, "dirty" means to feel disgusted, or to feel bad by an unpleasant event. In this video, the fly that flies around the girl is making her very unpleasant. Usually, we will say "dirty" when someone or something is not clean or contaminated by something. Ex: I need to wash my dirty clothes. "Dirty" can also mean corrupted, or unfair. Ex: She is dirty liar. I will never trust her again. Ex: This prison is a dirty place. No one knows where all the money went.
