What does "do something up" mean?
The speaker is trying to construct something. When he says that he will "do it up," he means that he will make something. "Do it up" is not really a commonly used expression. You can choose to use "do it" in this context without changing the meaning of the sentence. Ex: Tell me what to cook and I'll do it. Ex: Bring me the best materials and I'll do it.
