In this video here, the speaker has used "going back" to mean that she is going back, or revisiting, a previous point she made. You can use this expression to return to or correct a point made earlier. Ex: Going back to the point Lisa made earlier, I think it's a good idea. Ex: Going back. I changed my mind.
