Lily is saying that she is getting into the more interesting/appealing part of being a teenager. Ex: I have some really juicy gossip. (I have something very interesting or scandalous to tell you.) Ex: I only invested because I thought there would be some juicy returns. (I invested because I thought there like be appealing returns.)
