Usually, fire and rescue means that firefighters are attempting to rescue people that are stuck in a burning building, but they do rescue animals in bad situations, like Griz was. Ex: The firefighters performed a fire and rescue to save the child from the burning home. Ex: We need to perform a fire and rescue to save them!
