This phrase is essentially a shortened form of "move on to". We use it to say that we will stop discussing or doing something and begin discussing or doing something different. In this case, I think the video is a clip from a larger show and the chef was probably making something before this and now he is moving on to the next dish. Ex: Okay, on to the next question. Ex: I think he's already on to the next thing.
