Is it okay to remove "more" from this sentence? I think it is okay without "more" here.

The first "more" in this sentence is necessary because it is a comparison, but it is fine to remove the second use of "more" here and say "it's just lies" instead of "it's just more lies". "More" is used in this case to add emphasis to the fact that everything is a lie and the lies are only getting bigger. If you omit "more" in this sentence, it still expresses the meaning that everything is a lie, however, it would remove the emphasis that the lies are becoming worse, since "more" expresses a comparison.
