The word "dealie" is basically a slang or informal was of talking about something, usually, it is used when you have forgotten or don't know the bane of the thing you are speaking about. Here she is talking about multiple shrimp things, so she uses the plural "dealies". Ex: A. Can you hand me that black dealie? B. Do you mean the spatula? A. Yes. Ex: What is this little dealie?
