We use the adjective "full" when talking about online inboxes, and this refers to the quantity of messages or emails received. When we say our inbox is full, it means that it is at full capacity and cannot accept any more messages. Ex: My inbox is completely full. I have so much work to do. Ex: Delete old emails if your inbox is full.
