Does "do I not" have different meaning or intention from "I don't"?

"I don't" is just a contraction of "I do not", and "do I not" is the question form. Usually in questions, you can use the form "do I not", however you can also use the form "don't I". The subject always comes after the verb "do" in questions. Ex: What food do you not like? Ex: Which clothes don't you wear?
