Is "well, for one" an idiom?

teacher

Native speaker’s answer

Rebecca

"For one" is a phrase that introduces the first point someone is making, similar to "first of all". It is not necessarily an idiom. Ex: A: Why don't you like summer? B: For one, it's too hot, and secondly, I get bored.
