These two are the same thing! "Diaper" is used more in America and Canada, while "nappy" is used more commonly in the UK, Australia, and New Zealand. Ex: One of the first things new parents learn how to do is to change diapers. Ex: Recently, there has been a trend of replacing disposable diapers with reusable, cloth ones.
