Great question. "Got" is often used with "have" or "has" to show that someone has to do something or possesses something. Note that here it is used with "have" which again is an auxiliary meaning "must", and you wouldn't use "got" in this way without "have". So she is saying that she must clean two more tables before she can leave. Note, that it is pretty informal, and should not be used in any type of formal communication. Ex: I've got to clean my room before my mom comes home. Ex: You've got a new phone as well?
