Native speaker’s answer

This is hard to say as "damn break" is not a generally used expression. "Damn" here is used to add emphasis to the sentence, as the speaker is asking for a "break." "Break" here means something good, so we can understand the speaker to be asking when something good will finally happen in her life. There isn't really an equivalent expression for this, as people do not typically ask for bad things to happen to them. Ex: Give me a break. Ex: When am I going to get a freaking break? I've been breaking my back this past year.
