Is “think to me” a same meaning as “think of me” or not quite the same?

These two phrases are not the same. "Think of me" means that you want someone to think about you. Ex: Think of me when you are on the beach and I'm here in the snow. Ex: I want you to think of me when you look at this locket. Ex: I think of her every time I pass that restaurant. "Think to me" is a very weird statement and is not commonly used. When Joey says "That doesn't sound like thinking to me," the phrase makes sense because he doesn't want Chandler to talk or make jokes; he just wants him to think and be quiet. If it's used in a different context, I don't believe it will work in the sentence.
