Why is he using "Why me", not "Why I"? If it's a third person, should I say "Why him/her"?

He says "why me" here because the object pronoun should be used after "why". So me, him, her, and them is usually followed after "why" in a question form. So if the question is in third person then it would be correct to say "why him" or "why her".
