Unfortunately no. It doesn't make sense to say "stay close from someone" because it is a contradicting statement. You can either "stay close to someone" or "stay away from someone." To stay close to someone means you are near or next to another person and have to continue to stay near him or her. To stay away from someone means to avoid or keep away from him or her.
