In the context of this video "jam" refers to a song that someone loves or likes a lot. However, it can also be used to refer to something you particularly prefer, desire, enjoys, or care about. Both meanings are an informal, slang form of the word. Additionally, there's relatively new slang for the legit music these days, it's called "bop." Ex: Oh, this is my jam! Turn it up! Ex: I knew classic literature was your jam, so I thought you might like this book I found. Ex: Thank you for the invitation, but long-distance cycling just isn't really my jam.
