Native speaker’s answer

Rebecca

"All" here means "the only thing". Therefore, she is saying that the only thing she see's is him and her "forever and forever". Ex: All I want for my birthday is a new phone, there is nothing else I want. Ex: An umbrella is all I need to stay dry when it's raining.
