When a product or products are being sold very cheaply, they're said to be selling at a "knock-down price". This may be the case if they experience some damage, fall in value, a temporary event or promotion or because they are no longer popular. It can also be because a seller is trying to get a quick deal and is willing to accept a low price. So in this case of prices, "knocked-down" simply extremely cheap or much lower than the usual amount. Ex: They are offering a full broadband internet service for a knock-down price this month. Ex: Could you knock-down the price a little?
