How should I decide which preposition to use after "in charge"? I don't know well about how to use "in charge of", "in charge for", "in charge with" appropriately.

It is hard to use a rule for prepositions because in English, they are very idiomatic. The most common preposition to use after the phrase "in charge" is "of". It would sound unnatural to say "in charge for" or "in charge with". Ex: I am in charge of this project. Ex: He is in charge of the horses at the ranch.
