The literal meaning of the phrase "that's original" would be that something is unusual, unexpected or unique. In the context of this clip however, it is being used sarcastically, which is the most common way this phrase is used. The sarcasm is because she is used to hearing that particular rumour, so it is not unique of unexpected. Ex: A. What are you going to do for Mother's Day? B: I'm making my mom breakfast in bed. A: Oh, that's original. Ex: A. For Valentine's Day he just gave me a box of chocolates. B. Really! That's original.
