"Aptly" means fitting, appropriate or right for a situation. It is a pretty common term though in casual conversation you're less likely to hear it and more likely to hear "appropriately". Ex: There is a nice beach in the aptly named town of Oceanside. Ex: His name is Snoozy and that aptly describes him.
