Could you explain the difference between "for day one" and "from day one"?

In the case of this video here, she didn't mean to say "for day one" and so she corrects herself by saying "from day one" right after, which is what she meant to say. "For day one" is not a general expression and doesn't really have any meaning without context, whereas "from day one" means from the very beginning or from the start.
