"Go on" used in this fragment is a phrase used when you encourage someone to do something. Merida is encouraging the bear to try the fish she caught. Ex: Go on! Try to make some new friends here! "Go on to do something" can also mean to continue to do something. Ex: I will go on to write my script after I take a shower.
