Native speaker’s answer

Rebecca

Ice Bear said that he was 'fast and furious' in the previous scene, this is a reference to the "Fast and Furious" movie series. He could've just said "Drift" but by saying 'Tokyo drift' he's referencing again to "Fast and Furious", as one of its movies was called "Fast and Furious: Tokyo Drift". It's a 2006 American action movie, taking place in Tokyo.
