I can't catch the "t" sound of "aren't we". Does she pronounce "t" sound?

Yes, she does pronounce the T. The important thing is that T in "aren't", particularly in the American accent, is a softer sound than it normally is. It's not a hard T. So you're not going to hear it as distinctly as you might in other words, like "thought", which finish with a hard T sound. Because of this it may be difficult for some non-native speakers to hear the sound, but it is definitely present in her pronunciation.
