Earlier in the clip, the narrator tells us that it is the police officer's job to "keep the British prime minister safe". She follows that up by saying while "he's at it", "he's at it" meaning while he's "keeping the British prime minister safe". Ex: A. I'm going to vacuum the living room. B. While you're at it can you dust the furniture too? Ex: Let's cook dinner tonight. And, while we're at it, we could bake a cake.
