Great question. "Right fit" is most commonly used as a business/employment term. Being a good “fit” for a position means, having the ability and experience to carry out the job duties, but it also means having the right combination of skills, character traits, and goals that match with the goals and values of the organization and fits in well within the existing company culture. Because of this general meaning "right fit" is also often used to describe personal relationships between individuals as well. Ex: Yes we broke up! I guess we weren't the right fit. Ex: I think I am the right fit for this job and this company.
