You can say "everyone here" instead, however, "everyone in here" is more specific and is therefore better to say. Saying "everyone here" refers to "everyone" who is nearby, but is vague and does not directly specify who that includes. Saying "everyone in here" specifies that he is referring to everyone in the inclosed space he is in.
