What does "sail" mean here? Can I use it as a noun? I thought sail refers to move across the sea!

"Sail" is actually a noun as well! It refers to the white cloth on boats or ships that catches the wind, allowing for movement through the water. Thus, "raise our sails" here is another way of expressing that it's time to move or depart. Ex: The sails of the ship lay flat. There was no wind. Ex: Let's set our sails and embark on our adventure.
