Rebecca

"50-50" means to be divided equally or to have the same amount of chance: something could be likely or unlikely to happen, something can be equally good or bad, etc. In this video, she is telling the character that she believes that there's a high chance that he owns a snake as a pet. This expression is fairly common to use and can be used in different situations. Ex: There's a 50-50 chance that he is the father of that child. A: What's the chance of me surviving this illness? B: It's 50-50. Ex: We have a 50-50 shot of winning this thing.
