What does "itself" mean? and how can I use this?

"Itself" is used when an animal or object was previously mentioned. It can be used as the subject of a preposition or it can be used as the object of a verb. In this particular video, Christian is referring to the tire racks when he says "itself." Ex: The dog was playing by itself. Ex: The tire itself is fine, it's the rim that is broken.
