In informal contexts, "settle down" can mean two things. In this video, "settle down" means to "calm down" or is a order to be quiet. Ex: Okay kids, settle down. We can't start the game unless everyone is quiet. Ex: Settle down, everyone. There are too many people talking at the same time. It can also mean to lead a stable life and start a family. Ex: I've finally found the one. I'm ready to settle down and have kids. Ex: I'm not ready to settle down yet. I'm still so young and have so much I want to do.
