To "rear-end" somebody is a term related to driving. It is when someone crashes their car into the back of someone else's car. In this video, the speaker has used this expression to bring up a hypothetical situation in which another person crashes into his car from the back. Ex: I got rear-ended last week. Ex: I rear-ended someone but thankfully, no one was hurt.
