"Nos" stands for Nitrous Oxide. It is an additive for cars that make them go faster. It burns hotter and faster than gasoline, which is why it makes the car goes faster than it normally would. "100 shot" is the amount of power the nitrous oxide provides to the vehicle. This means that it is running the vehicle at 100 horsepower on top of the power the engine already has. The amount of nos used at "100 shot" can be dangerous because it pushes the engine passed its designed limits which can damage the vehicle and is also a highly explosive chemical.
