Can I use "It's written on your lips" in a daily conversation even if it's a lyric?

Unfortunately, I don't think this can be used in daily conversation. It would sound weird to the person you say this to. Usually we would say the expression "it's written on your face." The way it is used in this song sounds more sexualized, which would be inappropriate in daily conversation. "It's written on your face" means that what you are thinking and/or feeling is noticeable to others. Ex: I can tell that you are confused. It's written on your face. A: You look lost. B: How could you tell? A: It's written all over your face. Ex: Her anger was written on her face.
