"I come here" and "here I come" have different meanings. "I come here" means "this is a location I visit often". "Here I come" is a declaration saying that you are starting a journey, either a literal journey by going somewhere, or a metaphorical journey such as a new phase in your life. Ex: I come here often, this is my favorite cafe. Ex: I'm going on a trip next week. China, here I come! (Meaning I will go to China next week)
