What does "do with an exercise" mean? Could you give some other examples like this? Can I replace it by "as an exercise"?

There was an error in the script, so the script has been fixed from "do with an exercise" to "do with the exercise". "We could do with the exercise" means "we need to exercise" or "exercise would be good for us". "We could do as an exercise" is not correct, however, you can say "We can ride scooters to exercise". Ex: I'm going to sit in the sun, I could do with the vitamin D. Ex: Let's go to the amusement park, we could do with some fun.
