I am going to separate "role-model stability" into two parts in order to make it a little easier to understand. A role model is a person who is doing good things that others want to imitate. A stable person is someone who is able to keep his emotions under control even if he is under pressure. "Role-model stability" is a mixture of these two words. It means a person who can keep his emotions under control and that others want to imitate. To answer your question, yes you can be a role model for others! It doesn't have to be a quality like stability. For example, I have two role models in my life. One of my role models is Thich Nhat Hahn, the Buddhist monk. He is a role model for me because he is an advocate for peace and has amazing speeches and books that I like to listen to and read. My second role model is my mom. She is a role model for me because she has had a very difficult life. Even in the midst of difficulties, she has always been the sweetest and kindest person that I know. She hardly ever gets angry and has always been there for me. These are two role models who are completely different and have different qualities about them. You yourself could be a role model to another for one of your qualities!

Mis padres fueron el puro ejemplo de estabilidad, diría yo.
