Does always adjective become a noun if I put “the” in front of it? Like the bad, the dark here.
Words "bad" and "dark" both has meaning as a noun. Therefore, two words are not adjectives that are changed into noun form, but already has a meaning as a noun. Noun form of adjective depends on which adjective you are using. If the adjective is used to refer a certain group of people or an individual, it can be used as a noun with determiners. However this is more like a made-up word rather than a formal word. Ex: Here comes my pretties. Ex: They are so cool in every aspect, so I call them "The awesomes".
