Can I say "register" instead of "enroll" in this context?
To "enroll" means to officially register as a student or member of an educational institution. Because "register" can also be used in non-learning contexts, "enroll" is a little more appropriate for this specific context. Ex: I officially enrolled as a university student. Ex: I registered my car under my father's name.
